This!! I'm sure these police officers did more for NYPD public relations than any other program they have in place at the moment.. Things must be taken in context.

I think the Police Commissioner said he is not going to make a big deal of this because he has been to about 30 of these parades and you do get kind of caught up in the moment. The officers probably shouldn't do this again though:)

I can see that, with all that skin parading around, but the hard core ass pounding was a bit much. And again...

Yes it's a West Indian thing -- we call in wining, and it has nothing to do with class :rolleyes: People rarely dance like this at parties, it's mostly during carnival time..

I meant earlier that our cops who were on site weren't dancing at all; too busy policing the parade I guess. :o
