I've never seen anything like that before, and I have no certainty on what the ruling should be, but Ree certainly yelled before the ball got to Sam.

Though not often called, the chair umpire got it right on the hindrance call. The worst offenders of it are rec doubles players that yell stuff like "lob or lookout" to their partners when their opponents are about to hit a shot. Not called by very many officials but it can and should be.

Once again Serena Williams displays her poor sportsmanship.

Seems to be a common trait amongst the Williams clan.
