GOD :drool: It was awesome, and I actually played pretty decently. It's true that you don't know what you have until you miss it. You know the funniest part? After finishing the practice (1 hour) I wasn't tired at all, before the injury I used to play tennis like 4 hours a week and I usually ended tired after every practice. But while I was injured I had been practicing yoga and applied the yoga breathing in my tennis training, it's AWESOME, I wasn't tired at all after finishing!

Well done! I am about to do the same thing...I have not picked up a racquet in half a year (because of an injury) and I am playing next weekend! My physio got me to pilaties which I am helping will help my on court breathing control and what not!
Anyway, once again, really well done!
