GOD  It was awesome, and I actually played pretty decently. It's true that you don't know what you have until you miss it. You know the funniest part? After finishing the practice (1 hour) I wasn't tired at all, before the injury I used to play tennis like 4 hours a week and I usually ended tired after every practice. But while I was injured I had been practicing yoga and applied the yoga breathing in my tennis training, it's AWESOME, I wasn't tired at all after finishing!

Well done! I am about to do the same thing...I have not picked up a racquet in half a year (because of an injury) and I am playing next weekend! My physio got me to pilaties which I am helping will help my on court breathing control and what not!
Anyway, once again, really well done!

Check out the Tennis Buddy app to find new matches, great for "getting back into the game!"

Sometimes you can play better after a break than if you've really practiced actually.
