Parents who come to all the matches, show's support not only to their children, but the game of tennis in general.

I'm just curious to know what everyone thinks.

Oracene, Richard, Snezana, and Vera are all good examples of what tennis parents should be.

Duh.:p But JJ's mom is pretty dedicated too, even willingly to push a trolley for her.:oh:

Jelena's mom and Oracene seems to be very well-grounded, sane persons.

Well atleast Snezana is there supporting her daughter, never saw Pova mom at a tennis match, and what ever happened to Yuri:confused:

Maria's parents have a life. Maybe that's what Snezana should have .

Richard, Oracene, and Lakeisha of course.

Walter Bartoli is just as involved in Marion's life but in a very professional, non-overbearing way. Marion loves her dad so much, it seems like, and that's really good for tennis parents. Because for every Walter and Richard, there's a Piotr and Radwanski.

Oracene, Richard, Snezana and Vera Dementieva are all standouts among the tennis parents, in a good way for once.

And Snezana has dedicated her life to Jelena apparently. What's wrong with that? Just like every other tennis parent that appears regularly on their child's matches, I may add.

The Verdascos. They must have saved his life as a child 1000s of times. He choked to death on almost every meal.:tape:

You're so superficial if you think sitting at home with your family is "having a life"

Richard and Oracene is a great example but when I saw see Walter Bartoli is in the option I had to choose him :P

No, more like why bring up Maria when it has nothing do with her... Maria's mom doesn't come to her matches because it makes her nervous and Maria just wanted to be a little more independant which is why Yuri became less and less present in her tennis life.

Do any of the parents you mentioned do that?

Poor Li Na
Her mother is the exact opposite of dedicated (tennis-wise)...
But "parents" is mean, her father is already no longer with us

The Williams fambam.

Although what the Sharapovs did for their lanky kid will never cease to amaze me so even if they're not there one can never question their dedication.

She doesn't do this anymore. Or maybe only for important matches. I watched JaJa lose to MJMS 1st Round at Wimbledon and sat near Snezana, no water bottles in sight.

I'm not sure any of the options really fit that tbh.

Walter gave up his job so as Marion could pursue her dream, he didnt force tennis onto her like many parents do.
