It´s supposed to be a Czech player and the picture is more than 5 years old.

I think it is safe to say that it´s nobody that subsequently made it to - say - the top 200 (with the possible exception for Hlavackova - well, she is blonde, but she looks differently, IMHO).

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

We had a thread about this a couple of years ago and as far as I can remember, no one could figure it out.

Not even ITF knew.

OK, the picture is actually 8 years old. It turns out that the girl in that picture is the Czech junior player Soňa Nováková (http://www.itftennis.com/juniors/players/player.asp?player=100046748) (18/02/1989); Career High Combined: 74 (06 Feb 2006)

You may found more pictures of her (and even a few vids) here:

It is actually a quiz question on a Czech tennis website and it has been just privately confirmed to me that Sona Novakova is the right answer. :)

Plus I found the following article: http://www.peachbeltconference.org/sports/wten/2008-09/news/20090513itawten

AASU's Novakova, Earnshaw, Secker Claim ITA National Awards

SANLANDO SPRINGS, FLA -- Armstrong Atlantic State's Sona Novakova was named the national Rookie of the Year while both her head coach and assistant coach also received national awards from the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) at a banquet in Sanlando Springs, Fla., on the eve of the national championships. Simon Earnshaw was named the national Coach of the Year while David Secker was named national Assistant Coach of the Year, the first time the ITA has recognized assistant coaches.

Well, to be honest, I would have never solved it, but for the fact that Sona Novakova herself contributed in the "quiz thread" under the nickname "Sonik"; so my guess was that her actual first name was "Soňa" (= Sonya) and then it became pretty easy to find out her real identity. :) :)

The other pic in the right side of the page, about Junior Tennis School. I know one is Bambri. But, who are the other two players?.
