TheBoiledEgg May 1st, 2011, 06:03 PM Nadia time to play doubles only :cuckoo: saul1333 May 1st, 2011, 06:04 PM Terrible Nadia :o Noctis May 1st, 2011, 06:05 PM  Anyone who loses to Wozniacki season, doesn't do too well on tour. nniels May 1st, 2011, 06:06 PM Yaaay Vania :D Finally defeating her! itzhak May 1st, 2011, 06:07 PM I have a feeling that if she'll continue to struggle like this for the next weeks or months, she'll decide to stay only in doubles. Right now, she have no confidence and no motivation for singles. AcesHigh May 1st, 2011, 06:07 PM Nadia getting closer to retirement sadly Tweety Snape May 1st, 2011, 06:07 PM :oh: Great work, Vania! :cheer: G&R May 1st, 2011, 06:10 PM Nadia this is very bad :weirdo: Drake1980 May 1st, 2011, 06:12 PM Holy cow! TNT2009 May 1st, 2011, 06:13 PM :help: Hian May 1st, 2011, 06:14 PM Nadia is over. Sergius May 1st, 2011, 06:15 PM Looks like Nadia won't be top 30 after RG. Sadly shoparound May 1st, 2011, 06:16 PM Go on Vania, take the title CrossCourt~Rally May 1st, 2011, 06:16 PM Well done VK :yeah: This win puts her back inside the top 100  Nads  wildemu May 1st, 2011, 06:17 PM Having vertigo and being a professional athlete that competes and trains as hard as tennis players, it's safe to say Nadia will retire in the not too distant future if she can't get it under control. LeonHart May 1st, 2011, 06:18 PM Nice win Vania. MiiMo May 1st, 2011, 06:19 PM THIS half draw is losing goat clay players one after the other... WIDE OPEN now ! TheBoiledEgg May 1st, 2011, 06:20 PM What should have been Ivanovic vs Petrova......instead is a battle of 2 CCC's :tape: Светльо May 1st, 2011, 06:52 PM have the feeling that Naughtya is slowly but surely heading into retirement :awww: congratz, King :yeah: ce May 1st, 2011, 06:56 PM :spit: Roookie May 1st, 2011, 06:56 PM Nadia ..last year she was thrashing Kim and Venus at the slams..get yourself together. Sassy-Na May 1st, 2011, 06:56 PM still, stay away from my golden flowers, nadia. Ryan May 1st, 2011, 07:01 PM Vania, nice win! :worship: Really good for her to beat a slumping Petrova, and a winnable match against Beth coming up. Would be fantastic for her Fed Cup chances if she beat Beth. silverwhite May 1st, 2011, 07:02 PM Golden Flower killer becomes Golden Flower kill :D Linguae^ May 1st, 2011, 07:05 PM Great for Vania, I'm sure she's happy. young_gunner913 May 1st, 2011, 07:10 PM Vania!! :cheer: Great win for her. Naughtya :hug: Golden Flower killer becomes Golden Flower kill :D Vania is a Red, White and Blue Flower. :secret: Randy H May 1st, 2011, 07:12 PM Wow that's a shockingly poor loss for Petrova :o It's a shame her mental weakness, and her often poor attitude prevented her from achieving more at her peak, and from achieving more consistent success week in and week out. When she could put it all together without pressure, she could play some real top quality tennis. Unfortunately, you have to wonder whether she's even bothered with singles these days unless it's a "big" match. That being said, I'm happy for Vania...Not her biggest fan or anything, but love her attitude as a player and am always happy to see someone like that come out on top and benefit. BlueTrees May 1st, 2011, 07:12 PM Petrova's just a joke seriously. She really needs to retire. And I've been a fan of hers for eight years. Mind you she's probably going to start reaching Grand Slam QFs again out out nowhere given how up and down her career has been the last five years. Xepher May 1st, 2011, 07:18 PM Petrova is just a huge waste of talent. 2006, after beating peak-Justine in Berlin final, the injury problem set in and she lost to Morigami in FO first round. Then her career is over. Last title is 2008 Quebec City. GoofyDuck May 1st, 2011, 07:25 PM Nadia :sobbing: sad to see one of my first faves playing so badly. simonsaystennis May 1st, 2011, 07:27 PM :woohoo: This will definitely solidify her in the top 100 for a bit! :D miffedmax May 1st, 2011, 08:19 PM Vania! :bounce: timafi May 1st, 2011, 08:21 PM Nadia unafuckingceptable to lose to an American on fucking red clay   silverwhite May 1st, 2011, 08:26 PM Vania!! :cheer: Great win for her. Naughtya :hug: Vania is a Red, White and Blue Flower. :secret: Yes, but painted golden  DevilishAttitude May 1st, 2011, 08:32 PM Whilst I have never liked Petrova, you have to wonder how long it will be before she calls it quits. She's only beaten one Top 50 player all year and has looked a shadow of the player that once was #3 in the world. I personally never believed RG 2006 was hers for the taking (Its one thing to beat Henin in a Tour Final, quite another in a Slam Final, particularly at RG) But to see how her game has disintregrated over the past 12 months or does make you wonder how much motivation she has left at 28. MBM May 2nd, 2011, 02:22 AM Hell yeah! So happy for Vania iGOAT May 2nd, 2011, 02:26 AM Vania :woohoo: this is soooo great! She needed this! Although she is about to lose Strasbourg semifinal points :help:. Nadia  things are not going well for her right now. Such a waste of huge potential . KBlade May 2nd, 2011, 02:40 AM Nadia. Retire. colt13 May 2nd, 2011, 03:23 AM Looks like Nadia won't be top 30 after RG. Sadly She might not be top 30 BEFORE RG. What might save her seed is the fact that Rezai, Venus and Safarova also drop a bunch of points next week. new-york May 2nd, 2011, 03:55 AM Hadn't really noticed Petrova's meltdown but this is a good win for Vania. @danieln1 May 2nd, 2011, 04:12 AM Last year Nadia defeats Serena, this year loses to King... talk about a fall Shonami Slam May 2nd, 2011, 09:04 AM nadia is playing a farewell game. GoofyDuck May 2nd, 2011, 09:18 AM Nadia was being coached by Liezel Hubers' husband. With the doubles breakup everything is rather messed up for but having Liezels husband as a coach hasn't done much good to her either. Mr.Sharapova May 2nd, 2011, 09:41 AM Nadia beat Serena last year :sobbing:. Daniel May 2nd, 2011, 10:31 AM Nadia :smash: Kim's_fan_4ever May 2nd, 2011, 10:32 AM This is actually pretty sad. I mean Nadia Petrova, someone who rocked the clay season a couple of years ago and was #1 fave to win RG, loses to freakin' Vania King? Seriously, I can't  TheHangover May 2nd, 2011, 10:50 AM schiavone's draw is opening up, hopefully she will reach at least vera (then she will be destroyed as usual) Sergius May 2nd, 2011, 11:08 AM This is actually pretty sad. I mean Nadia Petrova, someone who rocked the clay season a couple of years ago and was #1 fave to win RG, loses to freakin' Vania King? Seriously, I can't  When was that? She's a good player and everyone's sad about this generation pre-retirement positions, but seriously, she's never been a fave to win RG  Beat May 2nd, 2011, 12:26 PM petrova is really throwing away all her talent. awful result for her. Matt01 May 2nd, 2011, 12:42 PM When was that? She's a good player and everyone's sad about this generation pre-retirement positions, but seriously, she's never been a fave to win RG  She was one of the faves to win RG in 2006. Monica_Rules May 2nd, 2011, 12:46 PM LMAO Nadia  Juju Nostalgique May 2nd, 2011, 12:49 PM Congratz Vanz! :yeah: Sergius May 2nd, 2011, 12:52 PM She was one of the faves to win RG in 2006. Yeah, after winning Berlin by defeating Justine, apparently. My bad then, totally forgot about it. Still can't remember her being #1 fave to win RG, but she was one of the faves, right. | |
