The Rules
http://img9.imageshack.us/img9/4886/eu6.png

This event is running in conjunction with the 2011 Eurovision Song Contest. If you wish to participate, you will be voting for the songs competing in that competition.

General
Please commit to the country whose jury you would like to be part of.
Please select carefully. You will not be able to vote for the country you choose.

You do not have to be from a European country to participate, however European members are encouraged to be on the jury for their home country.
Each country can have unlimited jury members.
All points from each jury member will be added together, and whichever country has the highest total points will be awarded 12 points from that jury and so on.
WTAworld members outside Europe are encouraged to join juries for countries with few members from WTAworld so we can ensure all 42 countries are represented. In the Semi-Finals:
You must submit your favourite entries in the form of points, like in the real contest.
As soon as each jury is known, each participant will be sent a link where they can cast their votes.
Please note you will be voting for both Semi-Finals separately.
You can change your votes on the night of both respective Semi-Finals.
12 points should be given to your favourite entry, 10 points to your second favourite, then 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2 and 1 points.
Please do not vote for your own country.
Once the all votes have been merged, a live scoreboard will be available for viewing, whereby each country and their respective points will be read out.
In each Semi-Final, the ten countries with the highest number of points qualify for the Final, regardless of the results in the real competition. In the Final:
When the 10 winners from both Semi-Finals have been announced, each participant will be sent a link where they can cast their final votes.
The country with the highest number of points wins the 2011 WTAworld Eurovision Song Contest.

That's the exact reason why I chose Malta  I don't think we have any active members from there and I wanted to make sure it was represented. You did not commit to Malta, only asked who won last year's contest

I'll wait to the end to see who isn't represented, and I'll take them :). I was Greece for the last 2 years, but I'm disgusted with the Greek Eurovision selections for 2010 and 2011 as ERT purposely tanked even though we had good chances to win both times. So I'm really fed up and I don't want to represent a country with a broadcaster like ERT. And the sad part is that Greeks actually care about Eurovision. I remember in 2008 I think that over 3 million Greeks voted (out of 10-11 million) :worship:

But yeah, I'll take whoever is left over in the end ;)

Jury members should also receive a separate message for the Semi-Final No.2 and the Grand Final at some stage tomorrow.
