I wonder if she will choose to play wimbledon qualies, and this is just a fallback if she doesn't make that, or she will play these if she makes maindraw in them...

Wimbledon qualifying is one week later ;)

So she could play one of these ITF tournaments and then Wimbledon qualifying.

ALG and Patty lost 6-2 7-5...they had so many chances in that second set :o 6 BPs to go up a break early on, then 40-15 to go up 5-4...but never took them. A shame, they couldve stolen that 2nd set and then who knows for the third. Well, time for ALG to focus on singles again

From Anna's HP (http://www.annalenagroenefeld.com/index.php):

phenomenal!

she sucks so hard these days! every third or fourth tournament there's something you can call a light at the end of a tunnel but thats it!

she still has fitness problems, i think she'll never come back in shape again! she has mental problems, can't do her game, and she still gets often in rage!

i dont know! cant see her coming back to top100 when she is not changing anything!
in my opinion her game is excellent sometimes and she still got the talent!

she should just work her fucking ass off, fire Dier, get a better and "harder" trainer, get a fitness coach and maybe work on her mentality!!!

Sometimes it's embarrassing to be this girls fan :o well...all the time. 6-3 6-0 to Voracova...from *3-2 and a few GPs up...revolting.

One thing I will say is that ALG is one of the worst people in history to deal with losing close games...so often after she loses an important deuce game, she just crumbles in a ball of rage and makes 1000 errors raging around the court.

When will she realise she has to get a new coach? :o

Niemand

Mit Barrois Top30 im Doppel wieder werden? Niemals

She sucks, has horrible result, bad fitness, what do normal motivated players do then?
They take a longer break, work hard on fitness and other things, maybe change coach etc.

What does Grönefeld do? takes a little break in to spend time with family and friends only, doesn´t even mention sth about training, coaches or similar and then comes back to play a WTA tournament...and you immediately notice that nothing has changed!

One tough win against sucky Wörle, an opponent she should actually beat 64 63 or whatever and after that she is obviously too tired and gets bageled by "average" Rodina, only thing which kept her alive a bit in 2nd set was her 1st serve, nothing else as everything else ist just bad (movement, return etc.)

I have a problem with ALG, in that I feel like she has no idea how to organise her career. You can't take a few weeks off to spend with family and friends without doing proper training (which we assume, because how can you with family and friends?) and then come right back to the tour. You need to actually train properly and prepare on the practice court...its not just about hitting a bit then feeling good enough to play, you need to train really hard, you need to simulate matches, and you need to get really match tough! I feel like she doesn't do any of that and thinks she just needs to play actual matches...but then because she is so unfit both physically and matchwise, when something goes wrong, she goes into a full blown rage and she just keeps making errors and losing games.

She needs to take another extended break to train, become a doubles player, or retire.
