Stuttgart is very player friendly. Players get gifts, get to drive porsches
Players love a good gift from tournaments.
I think IW has hawkeye on every court. Thats good for players.

Pushniacki Open (they sure know how to drag their idol to the title by arranging the "right" linejudges)

The Wozniacki Open doesnt need any other players than Caroline. Her & any opponents is a full crowd every night session.

I am pretty sure a lot of players even favor Stuttgart over a slam.

Stuttgart, the kingpin of the wta.

Anything tournament got Sharapova was good except it's more bcos of Sharapova.

MM events like Memphis, Strasbourg, Birmingham wouldn't be that crowded if Maria wasn't there - Look at Auckland this year.

I would also say Stuttgart.
Players love it, I think it is a great city, I am a Germany fan, so I will choose it.

I agree that probably Stuttgart is one of the best organised, also according to the players.

But I just saw the entry list for this year and quite a few players (a parte from the Williamses obviously) are missing it, such as Kuznentosa (former champion), Clijsters, Ivanovic, Petrova, Peer are missing it. Do you think it is because it's probably too early? Cause this year in my opinion the timing is perfect, because you don't have to play Stuttgart-Madrid-Rome in a row, so...I don't really get it. Ideas?

Madrid is the worst :o

100%. Guangzhou is a close second, but Madrid is a Premier Mandatory making it even more embarassing
