seen her play since that So Cal Sectional G 16 in which she won beating Christina Makarova in 2009)... but still, anyway GL! :)

fantic
Mar 1st, 2011, 03:23 PM
ok thx to you guys I think I can watch some pqs...dunno if I can watch Aniusia since it's on the same day as USC at UCLA (well technically it's possible since it starts at 10:30 and the college match at 1:30 and it takes an hour and a half to get to IW but  )
most interested is Turewicz since she's with Heneghan the first junior player I've ever saw at Ojai in 2009 and since then haven't seen her play once  And she goes to Duke so this might be the last chance to watch her :) ah, also curious about Arina Rodionova (will her sister come and root for her? :scared:  )

fantic
Mar 1st, 2011, 05:43 PM
so I guess I could 'come by' on the 3rd

will concentrate on Falcon/Krawczyk vs Blalock?

Hardebeck/Kitagawa?

Augustine/Min ; BIG match

Jeukeng? vs Schnack BIG match

Turewicz? vs Boserup MUST see

Smith vs Muhammad (I do wonder..is it
Muhammad or Muhammed? )

Rodionova vs Boyer? to watch Rodionova for the 1st time..
shit it's practically EVERY match :sobbing:
'concentrating' loses it's meaning :haha:

Yuki Chiang d. Anja Rodriguez w.o.

just pathetic and you people even feel sorry for her
It is obvious that Anja canīt play tennis, she is just desperate in her try to get as much attention as possible (probably to pimp her average model career), therefore she commits to a few ITF challengers as people are obviously impressed when her name appears there...in 99% of the cases she withdraws of course before tournament starts but she canīt do that always , of course! So like 3 times a year she really appears in the draw but gives a walkover right before her match starts, last two times she suddenly had some leg injury, this time she had fever, poor woman :awww: :spit:

I don't know why she did that. She must have been in a bitchy mood. ;) I have taken photos of well over a hundred tennis players during practice over the years (including Shvedova), and this has never happened to me, even when there were no other fans around (which tends to make things a tiny bit uncomfortable, at least for me). I may have got a stern look from a player occasionally, but no one has ever told me to stop.

it's not like I am obsessed by one player and stay the whole period during practices  I aim to catch ALL players, and have only 4GB memory for the camera, I just take a face pic 1 or 2 times per player. And Yaro was not wearing sunglass so it would be a rare pic :awww: Just ONE shot would have sufficed... after getting rejected a few times couldn't muster the courage to ask Cornet who passed right behind me for a face pic :bigcry: Ah, the trauma
