After teaching the world how to whip its hair, 10-year-old pop prodigy Willow Smith has returned with her follow-up single, "21st Century Girl." The bubbly dance track premiered this morning (Feb. 28) on the syndicated "On-Air with Ryan Seacrest" radio show, and will be sold exclusively on iTunes beginning tomorrow.

Produced by Twin & Alke, "Girl" is a forward-thinking piece of electro-pop that features more fleshed-out production than "Whip My Hair" but the same sense of confidence from the young singer. "I set the boundaries, the rules don't own me/I'm living life on the edge, I choose my path," Smith sings in the second verse.

After the daughter of Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith made a splash last fall with debut single "Whip My Hair," which peaked at No. 11 on the Hot 100, the singer posted a 16-second preview of "21st Century Girl" on her Facebook page last month. Along with Tuesday's digital release of the song, Willow Smith will perform the new single for the first time on tomorrow's episode of "The Oprah Winfrey Show."

Smith has not set a release date for her debut album, although the singer teased on Twitter last month, "Are you excited for my album?! It's coming soon........VERY soon!!" In the meantime, the pint-sized singer is gearing up to support Justin Bieber on 13 tour dates when his "My World" trek heads to the U.K. beginning Mar. 4.

Prodigy? Umm, I'll admit the girl has some talent, but she's no prodigy. She's backed by the church of Scientology Will & Jada.

She's hardly a prodigy. She's just a 10 year old, a daughter of famous parents, and I don't think it's good to force such a young kid to perform on stage that soon. It kinda bothers me to see and hear what she's got to say in her songs. She should be at least, 5 years older. Plus, the new song is nothing special. The same electro crap we've been hearing for many months now.

Not digging this the way I dug 'Whip My Hair'...

Hope she has more success though!

She's just way too young.

Oh and I must post this because she didn't invent whipping hair back and forth by any means. (I hope she doesn't think that she did. :o) Polly Harvey was doing it well before Willow was even born.

Whip My Hair was actually quite fun (still is actually).

This song is just...well it sounds like a "Loud" leftover.

They didn't make her a singer. They have always stated that Willow wanted to be a singer and that Jaden wanted to be an actor. It just happens that their parents have enough power in both industries to make this happen for them.

As IF Will and Jada needed their sons to get the money for them

Rihanna has a distinct voice and that's why she's popular nowadays, plus the songs she was given were a match for her voice, even though she's not a really good singer but in her good days, she can be alright.:p

If she and that other boy weren't Will Smith's kids, we would have never heard of them ever. So annoying.

Oh get over your bitterness.... There are parents who drag their kids to auditions every frigging day hoping they will get their big break-- There are those who push their kids to the brink in sports..and that's the only difference with these two kids. With parents who are entertainers who could afford to bank roll projects, there isn't a need to audition. The kids look like they are enjoying what they do.. They aren't any different from kids who grow up to be doctors or lawyers just like their parents.

Kids who grow up to be lawyers and doctors like their parents are still focused on school and their studies, not filming music videos. It's not quite the same.

Yeah, they actually have to get the degree to be able to work, while in Will smith's kids's case they basically get a free pass while having very minimal talent.

Um, why are people trying to attack the Smith's kids as if nepotism started w/ them? It happens all the time all over the world. In politics, at universities(legacy admissions) Hollywood, etc. If you're related to or know someone in a high position then your life will be a lot easier and you'll pretty much get ahead by who you know. I don't see what the big deal is. They're kids, it's what they want to do, and their parents are in a position to help them. They aren't the first and won't be the last.
