I know ... China team is the most weird team

a top 10 player still in the SF of the AO, a ITF queen, a ITF player that pulled out injured from AO Q and a junior player (not even the highest ranked one) :spit:

I thought Russia would roll over France, but Virginie herself can make a match of the tie. Pity no Rezai.

And weren't the Bondarenkos not going to play Fed Cup so youngsters could play, and yet the team has Katya and then Beygelzimer and Savchuk who are not young.

She's helping out Bulgaria to come back to the World Group. Don't think anything more than this though, but we'll see. :)

TOMASZ WIKTOROWSKI, Polish Fed Cup team captain:

"A few days ago Ula informed me that in Melbourne she trained with Agnieszka and the spine didn't hurt her. However yesterday it occured that there are again some problems with it. We decided she'd not go to Israel which would be too risky. Since Tuesday I would not be able to make replacements in the team due to Fed Cup's rules. If it occured in Eilat that Ula cannot play, Klaudia Jans or Alicja Rosolska would have to play singles. It would not be a good solution as Klaudia and Ala haven't play singles for a long time. In this situation I asked Agnieszka to play and I'm very happy she decided to play. I don't expect big results from her as she has just come back after injury . Furthermore after Melbourne she planned a break so her foot could rest. Her participation will make our team much stronger."

Ula please make your spine able to play asap. We need you.

Your point? If Serena were on the US team (plus Mattek, King, and Oudin), the team would have had 10+ GS finals WON. And it wouldn't have guaranteed a win for the team.

Um, what's your point? I never said that Russia's team is the best, I was just defending the statement that it was a joke. What you posted was totally irrelevant.
