Soderling, Murray and Nadal are bigger names than the women on offer today.

Besides, I didn't know Mama Kim had become a man.

The only other ladies match that maybe could be on RLA, is Bepa. And shes been on Centre Court more than Murray or Sod, so you can't complain :/

I've not paid any attention to scheduling this year so I might be talking crap, but if I had tickets for that session I'd wanna know why I usually would get 3 matches but today I get 2.

Its true the women have been on Ashe & RLA more than the men.
But the bottom half lost some star power when Stosur lost.

 Feels like there has been a ton of women's matches on RLA day session, like two to one the whole tournament?

i'm not complaining about the presence of two men's matches; i'm worried about the complete absence of oestrogen - ao organisers couldn't be bothered with even a ladies' doubles match?

why? what is expected to happen with these two men's matches that i as a gambling punter should know?

because they'are all boring matches
compared to what? what makes them boring? is this what you heard from the ao organisers?

yes i noticed that the number of women's matches on centre during the day has outnumbered the men's every day this week; which is strange.

but not as strange as the complete absence of a ladies' match today.

who wants to watch Aga Radwanska..the only match i want to watch is kvitova/pennetta or the kim match if she loses

well i always like to see every match that i can - betting in-play is useless without video.

and peng's game is so different from aga's that it should be an interesting match-up.

IMO they should put women's so its more matches  they can just have either Murray/Soderling as night match on Hisense, which is cool too :o lame scheduling, though can't really complain because the women have gotten the benefit all week until this point.

Aga should definitely be on Hisense though!

Rennae Stubbs's mixed Doubles match will most likely be the 3rd match.

Soderling's a top 4 seed and this is only his first match on Laver.

Murray? I guess they could've put him on Hicense. :p

This is the first day all tournament where the day session on Laver has NOT included TWICE as many women's matches as men's. How about not worrying about it.

There are fewer matches as the tournament winds down, so putting 3 on RLA would be stupid - what if you don't have tickets to it? Give people on Hisense and MCA their chance to watch the pros too.

And is it THAT weird there's no day match for the women today? There's no marquee women's match up. Kim is getting the showcase night match spot on RLA. Murray and Soderling's matches are the most appealing in terms of big names/matchups, and it also helps that Sod hasn't been on RLA before and Vera has.

It's really nothing to freak out about.

Exactly. Her match is TBA for it to be on either Hisense or Rod Laver for her potential last match at the Aussie Open and career with exception to Fed Cup.

The bottom half of the draw is just too boring. :o
Kim has a virtual bye to the finals. :o
If she lost, this would make the bottom half look like a Tier 2 draw. :help:

yes i know - i discussed this before you posted.

maybe you are trying to say that you think it is ok for the schedule to omit women from the centre court during the day session on the second monday because they had lots of women playing during the day session on other days? not really clear.

why would it be stupid putting one women's match on centre court during the day session? how does scheduling one women's match mean that mca and hisense have to miss out?

do you mean that the two draws are interchangeable and that it doesn't matter which sex is playing in the 21st century?

yes i did wonder; but why not officially schedule the best of 3 match for stubbs / guccione on one of the three main courts and jiggle the schedule accordingly?

I think the general reaction is that you're overreacting and this is not important.

The organisers are all gay and would rather watch sweaty men like ugly Soderling and SUPER Fugly Murray rather than two hot birds in Benesova  and Zvonareva. :lick:
