ESPN viewers: Does Chris McKendry annoy the hell outta of you too?

She is not that new, she has been around for quite a few slams now.

is this the woman who is all over espn's coverage? i'm assuming so. she is the absolute WORST commentator i've heard in my entire life. not only does she know nothing about tennis, but she constantly stumbles over her own words! aren't commentators supposed to have, at the very least, good tone and intonation? she has a horrible case of the s-stutters and marble mouth. i wonder who she fucked to get her job :rolleyes:

This is what happens when ESPN can't replace a tennis commentator with another tennis commentator. But most people who work in sports broadcast journalism are expected to learn enough about other sports to feel comfortable with it. Dick Edberg does American football, basketball, and tennis.

Its just her head seems literally empty she obviosuly has no idea what shes speaking about everyone just goes along like she does and she randomly stops speaking and stares at the screen all the time....... Its so painful to watch.

She's just one of those aggrivating sports retards that ESPN likes to send to the real events to make the real commentators either look better (see Patrick McEnroe) or make them want to kill said retard for their retardation.

Personally, I wouldn't have a problem with her if she educated herself on the sport she's talking about (as annoying as he can be, Chris Fowler really has learned tennis and how to talk about it and knows something about the players) and learned how to pronounce their names a bit better. I know it's hard but seriously, it's not that hard.

Chris McKendry is SO BAD... She annoys me to no end. Why is she on a tennis broadcast? She is just a joke. When she is on with Chris Evert it becomes, if one can imagine, even worse! Chris Evert is annoying but she played tennis so if ESPN wants to make the mistake of having an annoying former player on maybe I can understand that. Chris McKendry offers the double whamy of being annoying AND dumb! WHY??? WHY???? WHY??? When Chris and Chris are on...my MUTE button is in full use....

You are very tolerant "Sir Stefwhit!" 50 Chris McKendry's would not be recommended. Chris Fowler should be out, as well. Not sure why either of them have been hired to be out of their element. But, McKendry is really, really awful! Fowler is just awful. Either way, they both stink!!! Alberto Berasategui? No slams (which would only be Roland Garros; and he did make the final) but he does have wins over Rafter and Agassi... Although, he was interesting to watch!!!
