I remember when Pierce took an half hour when Dementieva was up a set at the USO.
Mary's delay was much longer.

Not only is she a cheater, but she's also sacrilegious and treasonous (she denounces the Goddess Martha and mocks Empress JaJa).

I think she's just a horrible person. Her racket breaking was an act of God. He missed.

It's cheating until your fave does it.

And most players on tour have taken odd injury timeouts

of course she is - how else would she win tennis matches anyway?

Technically no, but it is very poor sportsmanship. Funny how her fans won't accept it at all

And before anyone starts, I'm aware Jankovic and Bartoli have a history.

First of all, it was 12 minutes tops, and at least that injury was actually legitimate. Aga

Exactly. Now Agnieszka is a cheater because Kimiko choked.

It was not half an hour. It was 12 or 15 minutes. This, again, has nothing to do with this thread. Useless.

Umm... It officially is cheating, sorry to burst your bubble but you are not OFFICIALLY ALLOWED OR PERMITTED to take an injury timeout to disrupt your opponent or just because things are getting TOUGH on court for you. :baby: It's obviously too hard, as someone said in another thread, to officiate such an injury but taking into account the fact that the chair umpire was an absolute ingrate and a moron, if there WERE any way to officiate or discern between a legitimate and a fake injury you KNOW the umpire would have let Radwanska take the timeout. This match was soooo pathetically against Kimiko and she was so close to winning it. Radwanska is disgusting and this is reminiscent of the crap Hantuchova pulled at 7-7 yesterday (amongst other things like intimidating the chair umpire into incorrectly overruling a call that went against her...); just a shame Kimiko couldn't do what Regina did and put the bitch in her place. God damn.

not good sportsmanship esp. considering at one point Date was way tired yet she kept playing.. Date is what 40, and is very disgusting that she would do this to a 40 year old..however no one is perfect, she should be ashamed of herself.

No but she is and always has been completely classless

No, it wasn't cheating. But it was gamesmanship and it was not admirable. Cheating is a strong word and there is a big distinction between gamesmanship and cheating. While I don't have much good to say about Radwanska right now, would not go as far as to call her a cheater. I would say she showed an extreme lack of sportsmanship however.
