I don't know is it possible do that from my country.
Actually I know it isn't, we still can't pay through the net.
And CD, it's all pyrate here, so why shouldn't I do it illegal?:D

you can buy Rolling in the deep from itunes and wait next week when album is relased!:)or you can download it from some illegal site (like i did) and buy album next week(like i will) !:bounce:

a lot of people said that this is her 'Back to black' and we all know how much that album sold for Amy Winehouse

Title 21 is because shes 21...last one was '19' because she was 19 :)

The album is amazing. My favorites are Set Fire to the Rain (next single), Don't you Remember, Rumour Has It and Turning Tables. The first 5 songs are all amazing. My favorite song overall is Someone Like You but I do not like the album version. I got so used to her live version that she performed before and now the album version is all wrong for me. Just a matter of getting used to one before hearing the other, though.

Someone Like You is awful. A melodramatic mess. Rolling In The Deep is really nice to sing along, but it's overrated. It just comes out as faux-soul, and even though her voice is gorgeous, she's not really Amy Winehouse caliber (which actually reminds me of an early Mariah. Great voice, great technique, but still faux-soul). I much preferred Chasing Pavements.

I'm being a bit overcritical because it's still a joy to turn the radio and hear a stunning voice simply in terms of tone amid the Born This Way's and the do you ever feel like a plastic bag of this world.

Yes there is. Since when is having "different" albums make the quality of the music incomparable? I could compare a hip hop album's overall cohesiveness and production value to a folk album's and that would be a fair assessment. I'm not talking about the type of music, just the quality. And the hype surrounding both albums. If everyone listened to you and Doe Deer's theory saying there "no room for comparison," you couldn't compare any albums across the different genres. So there goes credited music critics album of the year lists and pretty much all the top categories at the Grammy's. :sobbing:

Actually, Rolling in the Deep has held the top spot for 7 non-consecutive weeks. I don't know if it's an unpopular opinion but I prefer 19 to 21. I am happy that she is having so much success because she deserves it. Her voice is virtually unparalleled in pop music. :inlove:

Taylor Swift too.

All joking aside, Adele's voice is nothing short of spectacular. It is clear as a bell and she is able to express emotion with ease. She also has a bluesy quality that I love. And she sounds just as good live as she does recorded. I was reading comments on YouTube and people were raving how good she sounds live. It's sad how the public is just supposed to accept the fact that a lot of pop singers can't sing live for shit.

Or be like Beyonce. Who is actually a decent singer but the fact that she insists on stealing credits for all these songs she had nothing to do with makes her a really pathetic person in my eyes.

Back to Adele. She is a competent songwriter, but unlike 19 (where she wrote many of the songs by herself), all of the songs on 21 are collaborations. I think she was having a bit of writer's block and again, I'm happy that the album was well-received. But Adele CAN write by herself. Look at Hometown Glory. It's spectacular. I'm just sad she didn't have enough time or confidence to write songs by herself for this record.

So what if she collaborated in writing songs featured in 21? Where did you get "not enough time or confidence" to write by herself from? You make it sound like it's an awful thing.

Set Fire To the Rain was the logical 3rd single option. With a Grammy performance to get #1. But I feel that it's not so good run in the UK might have made her go for a different release in US. But it should be Set Fire To the Rain for #3. Followed by Turning Tables and then Rumor Has It.

Interesting. I thought since Glee was doing Rumor Has It that she did that as an attempt for it to catch some fire while she can't sing at the moment. But guess it is not the next single.

^ Same and by the way, that mashup was AMAZING! Set Fire to the Rain is probably my favorite song that she's done so I'm happy lol

Yay!!! SFTTR is sooooo god :inlove:. Hopefully she will be able to perform at the GRAMMY's though! The radio doesn't exactly seem to be embracing it yet and unless she made a video, I don't see how it would catch fire (pun intended).

Melt my Heart to Stone is my current fave of the month

and I think she should have stayed with RHI as the single. I don't want people to get bored of her releasing break up song after break up song. We need something happier.

Yeah seems like they want these few months to be very sober. Everyone keep releasing heartache songs.:spit: Rihanna (We Found Love), Katy (The One That Got Away), Adele (Set Fire To The Rain) etc.

Adele better walk into her changing room with 5 Grammys - AOTY, ROTY, SOTY & 2 other irrelevant awards.

And the mash-up is amazing. I don't watch Glee, but found it on youtube a few days ago. So good.

So it looks like Adele's 3rd single will be Set Fire to the Rain instead! :aparty:

Yay!! :bounce:
I wonder if they'll make this the official video then. She's performed it better at other places though. I can hear the strain in her voice like at the VMAs.

Adele needs to either release a video or perform SFTTR (in the US) ASAP. Sales are rising steadily but I think it will need more than some radio exposure to become a true hit :). I haven't even heard it on the radio yet :help:.

I've heard it twice already. And I think her Royal Albert Hall performance is the music video based on Vevo's comment. The editing of that video is dreadful though.

Anyways, she needs something to have it catch fire;)

Her songs are mostly about heartbreak and of course the melody and stuff would sound "uninspired".

Adele 'Artist of the Year' Q&A: 'My Career Isn't My Life'

http://www.billboard.com/photos/stylus/1369659-adele-qa-year-in-music-2011-617-409.jpg

What do you envision for your future, your next couple of years?

...

I'm really looking forward to some time to do nothing. I imagine I'll be 25 or 26 by the time my next record comes out, as I haven't even thought about my third record yet. I'm just gonna lay some concrete, set up home and just "be" for a bit. I'll disappear and come back with a record when it's good enough. There will be no new music until it's good enough and until I'm ready. :sobbing:
