I wish both shows would end, as they just produce winners whose career's hardly go anywhere...but if I had to choose, Idol.

Idols and X-Factor just plainly suck when you compare it to 'The Voice (of Holland)'. It's a brand new concept and coming to the USA this year.
We're down to the final 4 here in Holland. And the quality is just WAY better then xfactor/idols
'The Voice' has been dominating the Itunes charts and the Dutch top 100 the last couple of months :worship:
Adele and Bruno Mars will perform at the final. Two acts still are uncertain
The show will feature four celebrity artists who form teams of singers that they mentor. But, their selections will be based solely on the singers’ vocal talent, as the celebs will only get to hear the contestants’ voices during the auditions–they won’t be able to see them (essentially leveling the playing field between the ’slightly pitchy’ hotties and the angelic-voiced Susan Boyles).
“This show truly focuses on amazing voices,” said Paul Telegdy, Executive Vice President, Alternative Programming, NBC and Universal Media Studios. “The celebrity coaches are passionate about discovering, developing and nurturing new talent. As soon as we saw the Dutch format, we knew this was completely different and really exciting.”
Once the teams are in place, they face-off against each other, with viewer votes determining the eliminations. The winner will be crowned “The Voice of America” during a live finale and gets a recording contract.

X Factor. The no age barrier and the added in groups just make it a bit more interesting
