Very tragic news. Trish was singer for the band Broadcast who were one of the most unique and special bands on the planet. They made a music that was both very modern and eerily nostalgic at the same time. She had a beautiful voice and I have to say I'm really very sad about this news. She died in hospital this morning from pneumonia. She was very much in the prime of her life and this is obviously a huge loss not only to all her fans but especially to her friends and loved ones.

i heard about it and was really shocked. "the noise made by people" is one of my all-time favourite albums. a unique talent indeed.
