She is far too inconsistent to be considered a top contender, but she's good enough to be considered an outsider. I honestly wouldn't be surprised if she lost 1R after winning Sydney. It happens a lot to her.

There are only a handful of players you can reasonably put above her. I don't even think former GS champions like Svetlana or Venus are more likely to win. Na's in the top 5, IMO.

I agree with the bolded bit expect being a Grand Slam semi final the pressure of the occasion may play into Schiavone's hands for she has won a slam but i am not expecting her to get past Caroline

Wot na lacks of before is then consistency,but she has proven somthing change since last year,so she obviously get some chances with Rena's absence.

Na has a lot of chance IMO, she's the best player (judging from R4 playing form) left in the draw. I'd put my money on her to win it all (or breakdown in the final). :shrug:
