Aga has struggled in Australia the last couple of years. The year she is coming in cold, with no warm ups and recovering from an injury. I fully expect Kimiko to take advantage.

It'll be very difficult match for Aga. Kimiko is playing very good tennis.

I'm not sure about this matchup, especially with Aga coming back from injury.

If Aga brings her brain and foot on court, I somehow can't see her losing this :shrug: Though as a supporter, I should probably say it's such a hard match and it's totally ok for her to lose. On the other hand, it would be lovely to see Kimiko advance, if she can play some great tennis.
And great match-up overall, will defo be on stream court.

Actually flat shots with Kimiko's power is what Agnieszka copes best with. It's the high top-spin she's vulnerable to.
(not that I'm saying she's a sure winner, it's just that you haven't seen her play for a long time if you suggest she doesn't like flat hitters)
