who is going to the AUSTRALIAN OPEN 2011?ozfan44 Nov 16th, 2010, 03:41 AM I will be there, just trying to confirm flights and accommodation....anyone got some suggestions for some cheapish accommodation in cbd?? Ben. Nov 17th, 2010, 06:35 AM Yes of course I will be there! :D for the 5th consecutive year. I've got Hisense Arena tickets for all the days I'm attending...first 7 days. Cannot wait :) Mashabator Nov 17th, 2010, 06:43 AM Ill be there for first 3 days hisense, just making sure if i wanna go to RLA can i upgrade my hisense ticket? this will be my first time at AO i only normally go to sydney :D Ben. Nov 17th, 2010, 08:01 AM ^^ I don't think you can upgrade a Hisense Arena ticket to a RLA. I had a look at the FAQ on the AO website & when it said you cannot upgrade a Ground Pass to a RLA (or something along the lines of that), it maybe the same for Hisense Arena tickets. That's all I know. Mashabator Nov 17th, 2010, 08:06 AM Where did you find the FAQ? EDIT: Nvm found it :D Ben. Nov 17th, 2010, 08:11 AM But I remember this year I actually tried to get one of my ground passes upgraded for a RLA ticket, could do it but that RLA session was sold out. So I don't understand why they are not allowing RLA upgrades  Mashabator Nov 17th, 2010, 08:27 AM They might be offering but didnt mention, i cant find an email or phone number to ring and ask anywhere! its annoying cos i just wanted hisense and then if masha or dokic (if she gets in) are playing id just upgrade for that day to RLA :tears: Ben. Nov 17th, 2010, 08:32 AM I guess you could ring up or send an email to Ticketek. Mashabator Dec 1st, 2010, 03:57 AM I decided i will just wait till night before and buy tix then :) Ben. Dec 1st, 2010, 06:17 AM Yeah do that :) better to do that than what i tried to do, buy them on the day of the session  Mashabator Dec 1st, 2010, 06:20 AM  Do u reckon there will still be seats the night before? ozfan44 Dec 1st, 2010, 02:23 PM  Do u reckon there will still be seats the night before? Dec 17th, 2010, 12:16 AM They never give anyone the practise court schedule, but you can try and find a nice security guard and they will sometimes show you. Last year this lady security guard gave a few of us a look at the practise schedule she was so nice! ANAI*FAN* Dec 17th, 2010, 03:29 AM oh thanks Rafito! yeah a friend told me that earlier. so i just ask the guys in yellow shirts? haha. but i have been the past 4 years looking for ana ivanovic and i really want to see her! what if they dont tell me... Rafito. Dec 17th, 2010, 04:27 AM Just keep asking the security in the yellow shirts but generally ask the women as they are much more willing and if you have to just keep nagging them  Ben.
