I'm a huge fan of Justine...but when will she ever stop choking

Her match today against Lindsay was just pathetic...two breaks ahead, Lindsay injured and limping..and Justine still loses.

She's the biggest choker on tour..without a doubt

The frustration never ends.

Maybe she should fire that sports psychologist of hers and steal Mauresmo's.

It's the same pattern of choking. 4 games, sizeable lead, losing serve repeatedly (apparently through bad play and the other player just hanging in) till it's even, then fighting back and having another chance but blowing that as well.

She is the new Novotna.

Well, now with the accusaions, it's worse than choking.

I wonder if she ever realizes what she's doing with all these losses. Now in this one it appears she decided to ignore all sort of strategy and rely on her opponent to retire. Very questionable and stupid tactic.

Everybody knows Henin's biggest problems are the mental ones.

Justine has this problems, they have become less frequently. She is working on it but sometimes they come up again (here it was a perfect scene: Lindsay near-to-death, Justine leading, a bit backing down because of not knowing what to do, but Lindsay still playing like she's 100% healthy). Let her work even more on it and she'll be able to cut it out of her game.

Take her like she is or don't take her. You also don't dislike Seles because she has bad movement.

For me Justine is still my number one. With or without the mental demons.

Her choking has improved, though it shouldn't of happened yesterday  She really needs to get these nerves under control....I think it'll take time, but

Yes, she's improved. It's kind of hard for her fans but with our endless support, she will overcome it someday. And I know she gets very faithful and special fans. :D

I completely agree with Xin and Nemesis !
No matter how frustrating she can be sometimes, Justine will always have my support. She is such a joy to watch that I can forgive her anything !
And I am sure she will somehow overcome that "mental" problem.
Go Justine, do us proud in L.A !

Thsi is what makes me proud of me (and everyone here). No matter how of a big choker Justine was we kept supporting her,we had our doubts sometimes but we never left her in the cold. And we were rewarded for our patience by these fantastic results and beautiful mature player we get to see now on the court.I'm just so happy that I got to see this evolution of Justine in the eyes of a fan.Hope I (we) can be a fan of hers for many years to come

 those were kind of different days! A bit frustrating too, especially enduring the flemish media (I know, you're all sick of our whining). But those days are gone forever cause she'll always be a champion with hopefully many more titles .

In my own defense, Mauresmo was actually getting better slam results than Justine that year. :o

'Course, we know what happened the next year. :D
