I need your advice. How do you guys prepare before a match? WHat do you eat or do. I've played about 10 tournaments this year and at the last tournament felt awkward. My first match of the day I felt fine, my second match same felt fine, third I was getting a little tired. By the fourth match of the day I was out, I could hardlt serve so basically my first serve became my second serve. So how can I get energy to keep going.

eat between matches. continuously drink water to stay hydrated and drink sports drink to keep up your energy levels. it may also help to take a spare pair of clothes. also find a way to cool youself down between matches

I always listen to music on my discman between matches to cool down :D

stay away from milk, and stay away from sugary foods in the hours before a match or practice.

also stay away from acidy drinks like orange juice because they can make you feel sick iin the stomach and you may throw up

also you'll get more energy by chewing gum during the match because of the sugar in it
