Two years ago Ana Ivanovic won the french open and become number 1 and i looked she was on on top of the world but then the pressure got to her she lost in the third round of wimbledon 61 64 and after that she has never been the same she now finds herself at number 65 and now and nobody. Her only good performances after the french open was winning Linz in 2008 reaching the finals of indian wells in 2009 (only to lose in the first round the next year) she make a good appereance at wimbledon reaching the fourth round and did the same at the french open which was good except she was defending the title. In 2010 she has made the semi finals of brisbane and the semi finals of rome despite those tournament she has had horrible results in 2010. I think she can come back in 2011 do you?

I think in Rome she showed what she is capable of, it's just a matter of consistency.

I'm afraid she can't, but I don't know why. It's a bad feeling...

she has glimpses of her old self but she can win back to back matches

I think she's slowly losing her confidence playing the high-ranked players (top 20-30) and keep losing those matches. She should move to the lower WTA tournaments and play the $ 220.000 events in order to bring back her confidence .

Yes,she can. :) She has actually been coming back since Cincy and she has showed her great form in New York. Great news for her,but I am afraid that Kim Clijsters in round 4 is the hardest opponent she could get. She needs to show her best performance ever to beat Clijsters.

after great us open she has 1 round seoul 2 tokyo and q final in beijing
she seems to be doing better in larger tournaments
she beat bartoli and dementieva in beijing so she is playing well still.
considering her reslults in internatinal tournaments we cant expect her to do so well in luxemburg.

she is starting to show glimpses of her form..but still has allot of work to do. Need to be more consistent, but she is definitely more than capable of making a top 10 comeback.

I really wish she had beaten Azarenka at the U.S Open. She was so close and that would have been huge for her confidence.

I do definitely think she can get back in the top 5 someday though and win another slam or two. Serena isnt going to be around forever (well maybe wont be, lol) and she can definitely beat Azarenka when she is on her game. Sharapova is finished. So who else does that leave.

It is mostly confidence for her. She still has the game. Anyone can see that. Other than movement and her mind she really has no weakness.

Her forehand is probably the best in the World still when it is on too. I have seen matches with Serena she was even overpowering her with that shot. Just incredible.

She has a chance to end this year ranked inside the top 10 for the first time in awhile. Maybe top 8 and getting into the WTA Championships. Isnt she like 11th in the Race points now. I am sure she will be extra motivated that Jankovic might make it. She doesnt like to ever be overshadowed by her.

I think she has a chance to enter the range of top 10-12. She is ranked like 19th on the race? I dunno  But  She is surely not going to enter the Championships. Ana sucks bigtime right now :rolls:
