This girl has "something" in her game, compared to the girls of her generation, her game is mature.

If she stays free of injuries, i predict her top 20.

Well someone will have to be #1 and be contending for the slams... So who is it?

Wozniacki:shrug: she's just 4 years older than Robson.

Robson. I don't know. I'll say top50 at least.

Has the potential to be a top player , but probably will be top 20 and possibly enter top 10 for a week or so at some point in her career.

Considering what the tour will look like after the veterans are gone, we may have a future top three in Laura.

That's what I'm thinking.

top 20, probably. of course, she's a brit, so there's ridiculous amounts of pressure on her, and i doubt she'll win a slam. cases in point: henman and murray.

last time i checked she was supposed to be a future #1 109slams GOAT. What happened?

i reckon top 20 for sure...

Well most girls who get to the final of a girls' slam make the top 50 so I think that's the absolute minimum to expect. I would think she'll be one of those Kirilenko-ish perennial 20s/30s kind of ranking with a career best just dipping inside it.

Number 1! :bounce:

She will fight with Sloane Stephens and Khromacheva for the top spot and she'll always come up top in the end!

Anything can happen. I think I will stop doing prediction. First of all, I would have NEVER thought that Schiavone would be close to top 5 and with a slam.

Definitely top 10 at least.

who knows?

It's too early to tell but her results at this young age seem to indicate the best british tennis play since Annabel croft so top 30 at leats i would have thought but i think she'll go higher.

I am wondering WHEN is Robson going to start winning matches consistently? How old is this girl is she fifteen or sixteen? The media have been talking about this girl since she won junior Wimbledon. I am just wondering if she is not just hype or the real deal? She needs to start winning some matches she should start playing more tier III or tier IV events to build her career.

Too early to tell. Talent-wise, she's a top-20 player but she can be in the top 5 if she can have the mental fortitude that come with being at the top.

Have some patience. She is the youngest player in the top 400 and is about to move into the top 240. She wins the majority of her matches against players ranked between 100 and 200. She is playing as many events as she is allowed to, which is 12 this year.

having seen her live she deffinately has a top 20 game, it is obviously still very raw but i can see that easily. she however has to get better at moving as it is a huge weakness.

I've seen a couple of her games and she looks pretty good.

But looking at her record this year, I don't know.

She's still young, which means she could get better, but she could just as easily burn out and disappear.

Her game reminds me of Lindsay.

I can see her being quite Safin-esque in the sense that she has great, potent talent but very little work ethic. Just my opinion, though. The girl has great potential.

Yes, this is the thing, I don't want to say too much now about her physique because she is still growing but when you look at her legs especially she has a great deal of potential to improve and get in really tip top shape (I'd put it in those terms as a positive thing where she can get better rather than a negative). I don't think of it as much of a problem now because she is still young and is limited in what she's allowed to do but I very much hope in the future she takes a leaf out of the Petkovic/Wickmayers of this world's book who are tall, imposing women but physically so impressive and give themselves the best chance to do well on that front (and if you're going to suck, do so because you're a nutcase ). With Sears as Lord Overseer though I fully hope and expect that'll happen.

It's all about her mental strength and will. Caroline made it to #2 basically relying on her mental toughness.

She has good potential, I say top 10. :yeah:

if she keeps on improving and playinmg like this against top 30 players then i don't see why not she can't be top 20 or higher.

You have to realise that all but one of her events this year, have been on clay.....shes been trying to improve on clay and I actually think a $50k Semi on clay shows how much she has improved on that particular surface.

LOL. That is an insult to Safin. Her upside is Patty Schnyder. If she is lucky, she´ll become good enough to break the brits hearts every year like Tim Henman. She does seem to have a piss-poor attitude though. There is only one player, who conducts herself like a pro out there and it´s Cibulkova.

Agreed, I think she's quite overrated. She's very talented but Marat Safin talented? :help: Lets just wait and see what happens because anything could happen.

Well today she has the Marat "I just had a lot of booze and women last night and you drag me out here in cheeseland at 11 in the morning to chase balls" Safin-attitude down well, but that would make her a slut. Running and fighting seemed to be above her. That´s why you shouldn´t give these players wildcards. Spoiled brats.

I'm not convinced that she'll climb any higher then top 30-40. She needs to work on her attitude a bit and I know she is still young but I don't think the press have helped in overrating her slightly. :wavey:

she is a good player from her age group but she has stop calling other players names otherwise she will be a pariah in the locker room.
Is Cibulkova still dating Melzer:confused:or she has moved on to another ATP player:help:
