That's what I had guessed but wondered if it had been something else. I like that sort of attitude in a young player, not asking for handouts (á la Donald Young) but actually working hard to earn their stripes. Very similar to Ryan Harrison earlier this year who turned down a WC in order to qualify at one of the US events.

It did Laura really well.. :D
