Wimbledon isn't the most prestigious, it is your opinion. Don't speak for everybody.

And I think it is good also to win 6-0 6-0 on her way to win the Masters rather than winning 16 75 61 and losing the final.

Its equal in terms of prize money and points with the other Slams yes, but EVERYONE knows Wimbledon, knows how its the highest acheivement to win in tennis terms. I doubt many other non-tennis fans could name all the other 3 slams. This isnt personal opinion, its fact. Will you put it higher if Henin actually wins it though?

Wow, don't need to be so aggressive. Calm down :help:

I really want her to win Wimbledon, it is my favourite Slam even if I am French but I can admit it is not the best Slam or something, I mean, it has a huge history but we are in a modern era where there are 4 slams. Between RG or Wimbledon, many girls would choose either RG or Wimbledon as long as they win a Slam. See Ivanovic's joy when she won RG.

Many girls would love to win a Slam, but if they had a choice, no doubt outside the ones picking their homeland ones, the massive majority would pick Wimbledon.

Both Williams sisters has been in the final for two consecutive years...
and with Dinara+Svetlana dropping in the rankings... Wozniacki more to defend...
while Venus only have Semis in Rome to defend..

the sisters would be ranked 1&2...
so...
its hard not to see them in the finals again...

You think so? Heres your delusional hate towards the williams sisters..... My post isnt a knock for Henin... this "mental" factor is b.s.

Henin can win, but in the end of the day she'll have to go through Venus and Serena (or hope they lose early). Most likely both as it looks like they'll be seeded 1 and 2 for Wimbledon..

All this Henin changing her game..... winning things shes never won before is just retarded... In the end of the day its the same as before, she knows who she needs to beat to win. Her one chance was in 06 and she blew it..... I doubt she'll get a second chance to win without facing them....Theres only been 1 year in all the years shes played Wimbledon where one of them has not made the final

There you have it. You can win Wimbledon without beating one of the sisters, that's a fact. Justine doesn't even need a favorable draw since Serena can always have some kind of injury and Venus can always have a bad day (we know about her inconsistancies). Justine is a multiple finalist in W and has already beaten Serena there. She needs to focus on herself, on her game, and then she is able to win the Tournament.

That's the thing, 2006 is an anomaly whether you like to admit it or not.

Serena had her physical and mental issues and opted out of Wimbledon, and Venus injured her wrist at Roland Garros but, because Wimbledon is obviously important to her, played and lost. Venus played one more match after Wimbledon 2006 and then re-appeared in 2007 in Memphis, so the injury she acquired at RG was serious.

Unless something remotely like that happens again, where both Venus and Serena are sidelined, then you're right no one will have to beat them.

Seems very very very unlikely; looks like you're clutching at straws.

Justine's results are likely to get worse before they get better. it's hard coming back and then when you come back and the losses start to stack up, you lose confidence and then it's hard to get it back again. folks won't be as intimidated and each match will be tougher than she experienced before she left.

heck, if Kim can beat Justine (no one on tour is more intimidated than Kim by Justine), then others will certainly began to like their chances (excluding Elena:sad:).

I don't think Justine will win Wimbledon. The WS (or someone else) will stop her I think. :secret:

Jinx thread :wavey::dance:

Now, she will lose against Kim, and lost to Bartoli in Wimbledon.
Thnx for doing this thread

Perhaps I almost jinx Kim , The first half of my prophecy was right. Now Justine, beware of Marion. :rolls:

Well, she didn't lose against Marion, but she lost in 4th Round. :worship::lol:
