Gonna be a record number of TF members cheering for Justine next match, eh

She played well while Bepa kind of melted down. She did well towards the end of the second to recover, but Justine just too strong. Also, found it rude that the Miami crowd didn't even applaud for her when she left.

Really loved her aggression in this match... You could see the urgency to serve well and be aggressive whenever possible. Justine thrives in these late night matches and under pressure of knowing that she wants to get the match done fast.

Serve was on today and Justine was playing sharp tennis. Vera's attitude was...expected. One thing I noticed was that she was slow to get into position for her backhand, and she often looked awkward when hitting her bh. But irrespective of that, Justine steam-rolled her tonight

Justine, I will not seriously cheer for you until you get that first serve to be at least in the 60%. That's it, I'm sorry.

She just couldn't afford to play tennis without me supporting her.

Was a bit rusty from the baseline, but excellent when it mattered.

No doubt the Belgium tennis system is really impressive and you also have some very advantageous tax rules, which allows Belgian players to keep domicile in Belgium.

LOL. I know what you mean, but for your TENNIS players, they are allowed to keep sponsorship earnings tax free. Correct me if I am wrong about the specific details.

I don't know about the sponsorship rulings for top athletes, but if that's true then it's a very advantageous rule indeed .

Vera won Pattaya then beat Jankovic 63 62 in Dubai. I think she was about 12-2 since losing to Vika at the AO going into the Henin match

Who wouldn´t win Pattaya? I have seen her play against Azarenka in Dubai. One could make a case she was tired, but she had the same horrible mishits against Henin. Lost to Stosur in straight sets in IW, after barely beating Sloane Stephens, who was absolutely trashed by Chan the following week. I don´t see a case for Vera being in strong form currently.

When she lost to Vika at the AO, Vera was up a set and a break.
When she lost to Vika in Dubai Vera had played and won for 8 days in a row.
Vera just beat Oudin 61 62 and Errani 62 63

You are not being realistic if you think that is poor form
