Too right. And not just this year. I know a lot of people think of Magda as being in a slump, but if she is in a slump where are the losses to players ranked below her? Fact is, unless you count Henin, there aren't any, and that is going back all the way to Cincinnati last year. Try to find another top 100 player who hasn't lost to a lower ranked player during that time frame. Try. You won't be able to find one.

This wasn't an easy match. If memory serves me correctly Magda was down a break in the 2nd so she had to find hard for this win. So I'm very pleased to see Magda fight hard for this win. Interestingly this was Magda's 1st three set match this year in her 10th match played. She seems to almost always win comfortably or lose comfortably so it's good to see when it comes to a tight match Magda can find a way to win.
