From number 1 player in june 2008 to SEWTA # 58 in march 2010...

That is the infamous career meltdown of Ana Ivanovic

But this could get worse :help:

:sobbing:

And people still can hate a slumping player...

In all seriousness, Miami is gonna be vital to the rest of her year

I really worry that she is going to be next Vaidisova:sad:

Bammer isn't the opponent the doctor prescribed either. She is the type of player who will make you hit again and again, and again, and again... until you eventually miss, which has become very easy for Ana these days. If she somehow beats Bammer, Aga will probably be the end of the road in Miami.

Bammer seems like player in bad shape right now (since US Open she beat just one TOP58 opponent) and maybe she will not survive against Qualifier in 1st round. Talking about players which push You to win same point again and again Ana eventual opponents in R64, R32 and R16 are Bammer, Radwanska and Pennetta... so she MUST play very aggressive.

calm down guys! I've seen her worse English, no need to argue!

BTW, I think Ana will be given WC to the bigger tournaments if she won't be able to enter them directly by ranking. But that can't last forever. She needs to get out of that all-time low of her ASAP!

Don't know if dropping out of 1 or tournaments at the end year was smart or not, but she needed that break. Mentally and physically.
She was injured between AO and IW.;)
She's making and effort and everyone who is not a deluded hater can see this!

Ana could play Aga in 3rd round. In their last encounter the latter won from 0-4 down in 3rd set :hearts:

IŽll be happy if Ana wins a match... but if she wins her first match, maybe she can beat Aga, because agaŽs game doesnŽt bother ana at all

But I want her at least to win a set in her first match

1. he is definitely doing some progress here. and i stated this before somewhere.
2. how is this NOT relevant? isn't this thread about Ana's rank position? If so, it is kinda relevant who she is playing in forthcoming matches as it can affect her rank
