Dokic on Monday said she and Molik will also play doubles this week at the Hobart international tennis tournament.

"We decided to play together a couple of days ago," Dokic said after winning her first round match in Hobart.

"And we are going to play at the Australian Open as well, and some of the tournaments in Asia."

"It will be good. She is a great doubles player."

I look forward to it. Hope they can get through their first match in Hobart, so they at least have a win heading into Aus Open.

Will probably take a while for them to gel though......Jelena hasn't played doubles in a while either!

Sorry but from my perspective Dokic didn't really feel it on doubles court. Molik would throw some bad errors yes, but she played quite smart and her net coverage was really good, which made it hard for YJ and Monica to find any hole to take advantage of. I'm not saying Dokic was anything near bad there, but to me she just brought the exact same thing from singles to doubles; that wouldn't be helpful.

YJ and Monica are a great doubles pair. Not a team you want to play as your first match together. This is good for their tennis! They'll improve. Hopefully they get a better draw in Melbourne.
