Good effort. They were down 6-3 in the super-tiebreak...

Not sure what was up with Venus at the beginning of the match

They've proved time and time again this year to be a true top team, and this is the probably their biggest win of all this year. Well done to them both, especially Nuria, I love her! :hearts: 9th final of the year for them, with 6 titles already, both are tour-leading figures for 2009. :worship:

Bluber vs MJMS/NLV part 7 coming up! :bounce:

Tough day for Venus and Serena to come back after their singles matches though, good effort to almost win this one too. I hope they play more next year.

Congratulations to Nuria and Maria Jose. Instead of giving up after losing set 1 at 6-2, they steadied the course and picked up their play surviving Serena bombs in the supertiebreak.
