Just curious as to people's thoughts.

Will this ease some pressure, if they move the match there?

she already played two matches on Ashe, and I don't think she seemed like she was under match pressure when she started the match against Bondarenko...

Dealing with pressure has been her biggest asset in the past 5 matches so no.

yes....pressure during the tournament to make your first 4th rd, first qf bla bla bla doesn't ever feel the same as the pressure when you know your next win actually puts you in the running for the title....

I thought she played just fine on Ashe in her last match. I don't think it will matter much.

With a boring game like hers, doesnt deserve to play on Arthur Ashe anyways.

I don't think that was necessary. She also played good against Bondarenko on Ashe.

playing on ashe in front of no one is different from playing in ashe almost full and this match determines if you can actually play for the title...

I heard it is much slower than other courts ---> not suse though who it would be more of an advantage to

boring game? are you serious? she constantly goes for every point... what do you prefer? A player who plays aggressive all the time and tries to make the point or someone who slices, just gets the ball back in the court, one meter before the baseline and somewhere in the middle of the court???
don't get why everyone is so hard on her... yes, she may lack variation and a b-plan, but at least she goes for the point, makes great winners... yes it can go wrong, but at least she tries...

I would think that would be to Woz's advantage.

This is a battle of underdogs,

At this point, the support is pretty fluid for both, although Caroline has planted some good seed by charming the fans in her victory speech over Oudin.

I also feel the Wickmayer personal story will help her with the fans.
