Flashback US Open 1999 Round 3. Kim was so nervous in one of the points she caught the ball before it landed. She lost the point and the match 4-6 6-2 7-5.

Flashback Indian Wells 2001 Final. Kim won the first set 6-4 and had the worst tennis crowd ever rooting against her opponent, she lost the second set and the match 4-6 6-4 6-2.

Flashback Australian Open 2003 Semifinals. Kim had a 5-1 lead in the final set and match points and lost them and the match 4-6 6-3 7-5.

A history of painful losses against Serena who has a habit of coming back. If Kim gets a lead, believe me, all these experiences will enter her mind.

Kim's had great tournament win or lose. I personally think this is the final a round earlier as who ever wins this match wins the US open. If Serena wins she gets the number 1 ranking back too. Either of these player will have too much experience in finals. I didn't expect Kim to still be in contention this late in tournament either so she done well not matter what the result is.

i dont think she will choke, she put a lot of pressure on her tennis before she retired, probly too much.....

now she more mature and has more important things in her life than tennis, she can surely swing more freely if anything

I'm already really happy that she reached the semi-final. So it's only a bonus if she beats Serena. And I think it's no shame if she lose against Serena.

so what?
no one's expecting her to be still in the draw anyway! :)

To choke you need to get into a winning position. I doubt Serena will let that happen.

No-one expected Kim to make the semi's, so what ever happens, this has been a great tournament for Kim. Serena has all the pressure tomorrow, she is expected to win!.

Well honestly I'm expecting Kim to choke, but like her match with Venus I was really surprised she was able to compose herself. I guess we'll see how she does tomorrow.

What if Serena saves match points against Kim again?
What does it matter, the end result will with Serena with the W. So let's hope for a good match.

I'm just happy she made it this far. I don't see her winning against Serena tomorrow (I don't see anyone beating Serena at a grandslam for a while now, except of the French or if she's gets injured.) But I just hope she goes out and puts up a great fight and gives a good match
