... a shot for the final.
Queen Pusher=Wozniacki & counterpuncher=Oudin
She really pummeled the pusher Bondarenko into submission.

considering how the mighty have fallen, it is possible for her to make the final.

No chance in hell against Wozniacki. Winning four-five games will be an "amazing feet".

She might have a chance against Oudin but she stands not a chance in hell at beating Wozniacki.

Not a chance ? Wickmayer lost to Kuznetsova 7-6 in the third at New Haven now that is really close to the result that Wozniacki had in her own match-up. Mind you Kuznetsova LOST the match, Wozniacki did not win it.
Add to that the now gained confidence. Yanina did not hesitate a lot in these matches to win.
I would not be so sure.

Both girls will be playing their first semifinal. I wonder who will be the most nervous about the opportunity!

She will be the underdog in the semi-final no matter if she plays Oudin or Pushnicki GOATniacki IMO.

OMG calling Bondarenko a pusher shows ow much you know about womens tennis and thats nothing. Having seen Kat in the flesh at wimbledon i can promise you she gives the ball a bloody whack

She can beat both. Wozniacki's strength is a low amount of errors, while yanina can power and hit low amount of errors, unless she starts choking. Oudin on the other hand has hit over 260 errors (forced+unforced).

Is it the cool thing to do nowadays to call any player you don't like a 'pusher'? Because Bondarenko does not 'push' the ball...
To make a comment like that you must not have ever seen her play, or you're just really stupid.

I'm sorry but does being a pusher or counterpuncher makes you less of a player?

Yanina Wickmayer must know if she plays well in her semifinal on Friday that she has a very good chance to be in the 2009 U.S. Open final.
