As of the August 10th, 2009 rankings.
At this point there are only two 'women' who are 14 years old and in the top 1000 on the women's tour.
Tamara Curovic
Tamara Curovic represents Serbia and she was born on hallowe'en night in 1994. She is currently ranked 844th in the world and appears to have a great deal of talent.
She has played in 3 ITF events and has made the semifinals in all three tournaments, earning about $1000 in prize money. She has only been playing professionally since May of this year but she has a record of 9-3 and two of her losses were walkovers.
Sabina Sharipova
Sabina Sharipova (no relation; spelling is slightly different than you-know-who) represents Uzbekistan and she is quickly approaching her 15th birthday. Ranked 550th in the world, she was born on September 4th, 1994 and she has been busting a bit on the ITF circuit recently. Early this summer she made the final of an event in Shenzhen, China and that was her best showing in her young career.
The finals appearance gave her a huge 8 points on the tour which was enough to propel her up 66 ranks.
Her most impressive victory to date was over Sofia Shapatava (we won't pretend to know who she is but she is currently 20 years old) who was ranked 253rd at the time that their match was played.

To help put things into perspective, Dinara Safina, the current world number 1, turned 15 years old on April 27th, 2001. A month before that she got bounced in the first round of some tournament in Italy where she entered as the 675th ranked person in the world. Age for age, Sabina Sharipova has Safina trumped while Tamara Curovic has her work cut out for her.
With the really young teenagers on the women's tour you never really know what you are looking at yet in terms of talent. Young athletes aren't altogether mentally or physically at the age of 14.
Still, one has to think that they could be in Grand Slam qualifying matches in the next one to two years.
Staying on top of young talent is important for betting in the tennis futures market.

Do you know how is she compared to Maria at this age? I think she's a bit slower than Maria.

Not quite comparable because there weren't any age restriction rules (which are in place in large part because of her), but I remind you Capriati made a WTA final before she turned 14 (illegal under current rules) and made the top 10 at 14y 7m.
