I need somebody who really knows about weightlifting to help me with a question about the amount of weights I'm using for different muscle groups. I don't want to write it all out here - it's more of a PM thing. So can you PM me if you want to help? :wavey:

(Then I'll delete the thread.)

Everyone able to should lift weights. It adds tone to your body and resistance training kick starts your metabolism.

Doing weightlifting doesn't mean you are physically fit

Where did I write anything about being thin? Guys donít like girls with muscles thatís a fact....

Girls should do more reps and less weight. While guys should do low reps but heavy weights =)

Yeah that's true. In fact, girls don't want to a lot of muscles either. There's a difference between lifting weights sometimes and bodybuilding.

Ok sure.

drake is a girl! I had no idea. I am also thinking of starting with some weights, but have no clue how to do it properly. I want to build a little muscle, but not too much. Mainly I just want to be stronger and more fit. So far I've just been using weights for squats, so my bum hurts.

/end rant

This is normally where I'd make a detailed comment about bulimia, and other such forms of fun, but honestly, HOW do educated people from developed counties with womens rights still have thoughts like this? I don't understand.

A woman is nothing without the adoration of all men. All men hate women with muscles. Hence, all women with well defined muscles are nothing.

Lots of Smart going on in here, I see.

Men certainly don't like flabby shapeless women either.
