It was still a very good effort by Akgul and Alla and further confirms just how well Alla and especially Akgul have been playing lately. In that form I think they can both look forward to notching up some very good results over the rest of this year.

Rennae/Sam :yeah: Good win. They've not had the best summer so far and could have gone out here so it's good to see that they turned it around. It would be a shame to see them go back to their rather average pre-grass results after such a convincing grass season.


Akgul/Alla :hug: Still, another QF to follow her SF last week in two consecutive Premier5 events is a very convincing run from Akgul to back up her Eastbourne title.
