I personally like to wake up in the morning with my coffee and flip on MSNBC to morning joe. I :hearts: Mika! Just curious as to what everyone else likes.

I occasionally watch Morning Joe, but when they start to frustrate me, I switch to BBC World News.

I hardly watch television in general these days, but sometimes I turn on CNN, cause World Sport is on at 8:30am over here, when I'm getting ready for work.

How could I forget to include BBC :o I like BBC but sometimes it kind of lulls me to sleep...it's so calming.

I only have the American ones up there

I can't recall the TV ever being on in the morning at my house. I don't understand how you have the time for it.

I'll watch BBC or ITV in the evening though.

CNN. Though, I dare say, I liked it better with Soledad O'Brien

I wish I had MSNBC, just so I could watch Rachel Maddow's show every day.
That woman has such an awesome lesbian look, by the way. Soft, but a little masculine, and still very pretty. Not to mention she's brilliant.

Sigh. I'm crushing.

Surprised you didn't mention the number morning show in the nation- The Today Show.

I used to watch 'Morning Joe' but ughhhh I can only take so much of Joe. Now I'm back to the Today Show. If 'Good Morning America' is promoting something special or has a good guest I'll peak in on them.

Instead if watching news in the morning before work, I watch Malcomn in the Middle reruns on FX followed by Family Matter reruns on Nick2. I eventually read a paper sometime during the day.

If it's the Monday after a Slam event I'll usually watch 'Mike & Mike in the Morning'- or ESPN news. Same goes for any big sporting event, the following day, it's all about ESPN.

I usually listen to NPR while I'm getting ready for work, and sometimes in the car while commuting to work. I absolutely can not stand the morning talk shows on radio or tv like the Today show or Good Morning America- they are horrible, insipid and just plain awful. I just think the morning tv shows are so geared towards women- like why should I care about someones wedding that I don't know? Or the best diapers to use. What a waste of time; I'd rather listen to white static then the morning shows. While at work I usually checkout the news headlines on Yahoo, CNN, and the NYTimes online.

MSNBC, but I'm thankfully not up in time to see Morning Joe (hate him), but I don't like the new show that's on after him now. :( They messed up the format in my opinion. I just liked to hear the news with the different reporters and anchors. Now that's gone and then I have to suffer through the first part of Dr. Nancy or whatever her name is.

Watch it while I'm getting dressed after my shower, drinking my coffee and putting on my make-up. ;) I like to multi-task.

I'm going to have to go back to the Today Show and R&K.

I don't really consider the Today Show news as much as an irrelevant, drawn out human interest piece. Last time I watched it they spent a half hour talking about which sunglasses go best with which faces :o
