Plus she's probably still grateful that they gave her a wildcard when she was only 15 and pretty unknown. This is her way of paying them back. And then of course she's defending champion (even though it was hard surface last year lol).

I would guess she is playing here because of a combination, its the biggest in Scandinavia, its close to Danmark, her Danish sponsors, her Danish fans, TV2Sport DK is showing live all week and maybe some start money.

I wish people would stop complaining about Caroline "whoring up" the smaller tournaments , what does it matter to non-fans? The rankings only count best of 16 so not all the points she gains are counted and I can't think of any other reason why people would moan about it so I wish people would just shut up and let her fans enjoy watching her play and get on with watching their own favourite whenever they're in a tournament.
