The younger sibling is always superior to the older one. I was just thinking about that today. Everyone I know in life, the younger one always manages to outdo the older one, even if it academic-wise, or career-wise. The younger one always seems to have something to prove, which is the case with Serena. Her career is by far better than Venus's.

Excellent observation. The younger person often fails to acheive what the older does because of high expectations.
Serena is an EXCEPTION rather than the rule.

And the scary thing is...she's far from done. She has atleast another six years in her, if injuries stay away. Wow 11! I still can't believe it. It makes that RG loss alot better to deal with now.

amazing, what is crazy is that she is not retiring anytime soon and there's nobody who looks solid enough to challenge her on the big occasions.

she could add a lot more slams to her collections.

11 majors. WOW!

Amazing accomplishment. Inching closer to the all-time greats.

As many majors as Sharapova, Kuznetsova, Davenport, and Capriati combined

WOW.

"One is the loneliest number." :D

This is also the first time since 2003 that Serena has won more than one grand slam in one year and just the 3rd time in her career.

I certainly didn't think Serena would have 11. By now, I thought she would have at least 15.
