That's how it has always been and always will be.

It's not like they just show men's matches. They usually show the highest seeds or players that are in "trouble" of being a major upset. Djokovic is a well known player and did lose the first set. There will be women's matches on tomorrow.

Do you have a computer? Go to espn360.com and you can see matches of your choice. If enough people watch women's matches on espn360 maybe they will get the message:)

Not everyone who has a computer has access to espn360. It's something that has to be worked out with your internet providers.

I just hate when they show two men ranked like 40 and 80 play over someone like Dementieva or Azarenka.

It was very annoying to me at first when I became a dedicated fan because I wanted to see more of the women's matches but I got over it since my faves matches are ALWAYS shown. However when they go away I wonder who they'll show on the women's side obviously the top ranked players but hopefully by that time the top ranking will be in the hands of someone a LARGE number of people will like to watch consistently....

No real good women's matches to show today. Only one was Venus and they showed it.

On a side note...can you believe the chair umpire overruled that call against Levine and then said Cuevas hit an outright winner when Jesse was right there!

What's wrong with that? It's been a well-played, competitive match.

Yea Cat, that was unfair..

Well, they couldve shown Mauresmo a little bit. hewitt won before, and they showed him. Why not Mauresmo?

Did he let it go before the call or after? That happened to Roddick at AO in 08, the ball was at his feet and umpire called it a winner.

Because you're the only one outside of France who cares about Mauresmo, that's why.

Maybe ESPN saw the Kirilenko - Wozniacki match and said: "That's it. No more women's matches today.

I think ESPN could afford to show a little of Melanie Oudin's match as well if they are going to show one American journeyman. :tape:

They'd have to take a camera and film it from the stands. Levine's court has a camera. :o

Why are you so angry? I never once said I liked Mauresmo, I was just stating a point.

I don't know a non-competitive women's match or a 5th set. Usually they do this esp. with US player.

I feel bad that they won't take a camera out to court 6 and show Oudin. I mean, how many times have we seen ESPN take a camera to journeyman Ginepri's court when he wasn't on a TV court? :o
