SEATTLE — A dog that ran off from its owner in Seattle's Seward Park found and ate some marijuana and got high. Owner Jen Nestor Waddell told KING-TV the 11-year-old black Lab mix named Jack was "just stoned" May 12 after they returned home from the park. The dog's eyes glossed over and he had trouble walking.
The vet said Jack had swallowed a large amount of dried, harvested marijuana. After some medication to induce vomiting and a night of rest Jack was back to normal.
Waddell told police about the drugs and joked they could borrow Jack to find them if they paid the $1,500 vet bill.
poor :dog: :tape:

Did you write this or was it actually written by a journalist? I hope not, because there is some tragic grammar in there. :o
I thought the article meant the dog had rocks thrown at it, as in Biblical times. :help:

Dog Gets Stoned At Seattle Park (http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2009/06/12/dog-gets-stoned-at-seattl_n_214487.html)
At the beginning of my weightlifting class, Monday night class only, before the first set, the instructor always plays Bob Dylan's "Everybody Must Get Stoned". Don't know why, really, but I've gotten used to it. :p

My dog got mixed-up with a porcupine recently and I took him to the vet to have quills removed. The vet got my dog, who is a 120 lb lug, quite stoned. I have to admit, he was pretty entertaining after we got him home.
