on topic, really she couldnt have asked for a better draw. shes got a LL who has barely won any matches this year and doesn't have any really big wins to her name, then either groth who doesn't impress me especialy on clay or a french wildcard.

if she gets past that, which im confident she can, then its jj, who although is a great clay courter hasn't done much all year and anna has a very good record over her.

considering she could have drawn say sharapova 1st round, winner of say dokic vs a.bondarenko 2nd round and safina 3rd round, i'll take her draw anyday.

a 3rd rounmd would increase points from last year.

Hope Anna does well ! A Anna/Jankovic match sounds interesting & Anna would have chances, having beaten Jankovic in 2007.
