Well, I guess all of us Daniela fans are breathing a huuuuuuuuge sigh of relief now after even the most optimistic fan would have thought the worst last night and then after Daniela lost the 2nd set.
It just seemed like a great victory and well deserved match up
against Serena was being taken away from her, but she fought harder than I've seen her (even though I haven't seen the match yet :p)
They will show a replay, I repeat WILL later on today so I'll be
waiting for that one.
The amazing thing was no one seemed to want to win a point on serve in the tiebreak, crazy stuff.
I think this match will see Daniela get plenty of much deserved
praise after this coming and the fight after the fall.
No one can take away the heart Daniela showed tonight, and it was awesome to see shots of her smiling after what must have been one of the toughest nights sleep she would have had to go through in her career.
Well Done my angel.........bouque of roses to you. :o
Simon V :) :wavey:

I didn't see the match but I'm surprised by the result because of the fall Daniela took on Sunday. She showed a lot of guts; I'm impressed. :)

Simon, indeed, in the tiebreak the only point won on serve was the first point

I love these final set tiebreaks, you just know you're in New York ;)

Dani played really great...she was very aggressive. She was fighting for every point.
At one point in the TB, Henin had a horrible doublefault after the crowd was very loud after hearing that Pete had a matchpoint.
JUJU was very sad, she was off the court in the blink of and eye.
