I'm sure it is a fantastic match. Especially after what happened to Daniela last night.

I really think that (not being a racist or anything here) They will never show a match between two non-American player unless they have to, no offence.

That is why wopmen tennis got all these shit about poor quality matches coz all those one sided matches are shown and close matches between top players are ignored, what a damn shame

wongqks - you're right on it! Yet they will show Agassi blowing away some poor guy.

brickhousesupporter - wazzup? they only showed the tiebreaker. i would've loved to have seen that 3rd set in its entirety. oh well...I hope they'll show some of the Mauresmo/Clijsters match

Unfortunately, that happens to most of the slams with the coverage in the hosts country.
Lucky australia hasn't had a dominant player at the Open, so it isn't as obvious, and when you have so many at the top of the game, it's hard to get away from them.

Depends on the coverage as well though, here I have live session then 9 hours of replays, so I should get it :p

this is exactly why I root for all the top USA men to lose. that's the only way we get to see any women's tennis! :(

unfortunately at this stage Agassi, Roddick and Sampras are all still playing.

Terrible! Just terrible! Hantuchova and Henin are pound for pound arguably the most talented players in women's tennis! :D I wanted to see this match. But women's tennis doesn't carry the weight it should. Atleast they showed the tiebreak.

They are interviewing her right now. She has her thumb rapped in ice.

And nice interview it was. The thumb must be hurting like hell right now, I don't know how she's gonna face Serena's bombs with it tomorrow. Hopefully they'll schedule them for Wednesday.

As an american citizen i am sickened by the horrible coverage of the usa network. They have ignored very close matches i.e daniela/henin, kim/ameli to show agassi and andy to blow away oppents. I believe they are just focusing on mens tennis b/c even the top names in womens tennis are hardly getting any coverage b/c its a blow out and when its close they dotn show it.
