To take the USO 08 Final into a third set.

shit!!!! ur telling me!!!!! and she got a set point on a freaking ACE and she still lost the next one... one her worst shot she gave herself set point and fucked it up... i really think she could have won if it had gone to a 3rd set.....

I'd call it luck if Jelena didn't make those stab/lob defensive shots like it's her job.

The fact that she did it 3 times, MP down, after 2 hours of play, winning it with a backhand winner from well beyond the baseline, and oh-- winning the match is just all the more amazing!

Paszek's gut in that match.. :o

:scared:

Tell me about it! How the hell do you play tennis for hours and hours every day and have a big fat gut? I sit at a desk job all day, and I have a flat stomach through light yoga and hitting the gym a few times per week.

It almost reminds me of something you could read on fmylife.com

Today, I looked in the mirror and noticed I have a bulging potbelly and massive lovehandles. I have been training for the French Open for 10 straight months. I'm a professional tennis player. FML.

Exactly I work out about 45 minutes a day nothing like a tennis player and I dont have belly or love handles. I also fail to understand that after all the training they do how someone can look so unfit.

People only get potbellies or lovehandles when they are carrying excess body fat. Some people's excess body fat does accumulate in other places (like the thighs or the chest), but it doesn't change the fact that this girl is carrying excess body fat. I find it baffling when professional athletes have more body fat than professional desk sitters.
