No official annoucements yet. Will take place in Pescara, Italy from june 26th to july 5th (during Wimbledon :o) probably on clay.

Participation of 23 countries :

* Algeria

* Bosnia and Herzegovina
* Croatia
* Cyprus
* Egypt
* France
* Greece
* Italy
* Lebanon
* Libya
* Malta
* Monaco
* Montenegro
* Morocco
* San Marino
* Serbia
* Slovenia
* Spain
* Syria
* Tunisia
* Turkey

Last edition was won by Laura Pous Tio (drug cheat) def. Nuria Llagostera Vives 6/2 6/1....... Bronze medal went to croatian Mezak. Men competition was won by Nicolas Almagro def. Guillermo Garcia Lopez and bronze went to young italian Simone Bolelli

Don't expect any top 100 player :tape:

Why isn't Israel on the list? And since when are Andorra and Serbia Mediterranean countries? San Marino I can sort of accept...

Ivanovic, Jankovic, Pennetta, Medina Garrigues, Srebotnik, Mauresmo, Cornet etc no doubt...
