"I think my serve has gone somewhere on vacation and I need to go there and catch up with it," said Serena, the Australian Open champion. "Venus played well, and served really well, which was the difference."

"I am looking forward to a break before I play Miami," Serena said. "I really need it and I think it will be good for my knee. I have never played so much tennis in my whole career."

She said what we all feel!

Have a good rest! And she hasn't played so much tennis in her career - what's even more astounding is how consistent she has been in them. 4 tournaments and 3 SFs and a win :D Keep it up!

Serena has played 24 matches (18 singles + 6 doubles) in 6 weeks
She won 22 matches and lost only 2 times

She deserves her break before Miami after this amazing start of the year

Yeah, I'm very proud of what she has done this season so far. Couldn't ask for more (well maybe the title in Paris but I digress)

She had better not get too confident with the semis, I know Semirena is heaps beter than Quarterena bit i prefer a consistent winner.

Never a dull moment with her, is there? She's had great results thus far, and I don't think there's too much for her to be disappointed about. She's made at least the semis in all the events that she's entered - I can name a few other players who can't say that.  A title here or in Paris would have been nice, but she's doing more than we could ask for right now. Rest up and come back strong in Miami Serena! She's got some mojo going on there, so I'm sure she'll be ready to hoist trophy #6.
