"You see, Nicole? This is what you hit the ball with? See?"

In all seriousness, I hope they don't have to go back that far into the basics. Vaidisova should be up in the top 10 right now, I hope together they can get her where she belongs.

:spit:

you remember when Nicole was in top form in Australian in 2007 (SF Sydney & AO) - oh she played so amazing tennis, that vs. Serena match was  Kodat said Nicole is at 75% of what's she's capable of so he's the best coach for her.. I think Felgate could calm her down more when playing and Kodat will get her game back.. maybe it's a great combination.. I mean Felgate let her game down but her psychic up and Kodat will let her game back and even better, I hope it's true they're with each other again :bounce:

I watched highlights on Youtube of that match recently, and she did so well. :D She's definitely capable of slam-quality tennis.

Why is Nicole acting as if she still cares about tennis?

How do you know she doesn't?
At least give her an honest chance to turn things around.

Anyway, on a side note, she should dump Stepanek. Her and Djokovic would make a hot couple. :D

and IT'S CONFIRMED!!!! :bounce:

it's still a test but if it will work, they will work together for a long time.. as I read in article, Kodat is leading and Nicole is listening.. maybe she needed a break to understand Ales is the only one who can do wonders with her career :p I think she'll have more respect for him now :)

Have you watched any of her matches recently?

She just plays shots here and there without caring if they are in or out:help:

Good step going back with Kodat. He's the one who knows her and her game the best. Now it's up to her to move and stop tanking matches.

Of course we have. The problem was that she needed a good coach and now she has.She played like that was because she didn't know how to play and now she will.

It is not about if you are hater or not. I agree with frenchie, I watched her match against Loit in Paris because I really wanted to know why she has lost almost every match since wimbledon 2008. And now I understand. She really looks that she is not interested in tennis, she just try to hit the balls,no concentration,no moving. Thats really bad. So thats my opinion, but I dont see into her soul, into her mind, she may feel it absolutely different than I think. :)

I think she lacks confidence and motivation, that's why she doesn't move at all because she doesn't trust in herself.. if she wouldn't care about tennis she would never change her coach, solving racquet problem (video) and train.. why would she do that?

I wish Nicole the best, but getting back with Kodat is not going to solve all her problems. It's a step though... and she is showing she does want to make changes, which is good. She should really take some time off, extended time off. She needs to get rid of all the pressures she is probably putting on herself and just start off fresh, forgetting her past successes and starting from zero.

I am really glad they are back together as Player/(Step)Daughter-Coach/(step) Dad.....

Now I wish Nicole would be back to the top echelon of WTA so I will be seeing a lot of her HOT Step Dad on TV again!!!!

Nicole please sort this out and make that Thunderous comeback !!!!! (which Sesil :sob: hasn't able to do yet)

Looks like Nicole's teenage rebellion is over... "Dad, do you want me back?" :p

I really hope she can turn things around. Her last match was a complete embarrassment. I don't want to see that happen again.

btw over one month off is a good period for getting back, they started training this week, I'm sure she can do wonders in month if she really wants to and I believe she does..
